    Community Presence

    FEDINA enlists people from within a community to work with the community. We believe that they are best suited to understand, articulate and fight discrimination.

    Collective Action

    FEDINA facilitates to form organisations and groups of marginalized people so that they can jointly negotiate terms with employers and appropriate authorities for their rights.

    Capacity Building

    FEDINA priorities capacity building for community as well as our staff. We hold trainings about entitlements and rights on labour, women and gender, caste and elderly issues etc, regularly.
