Organisational Development of FEDINA
FEDINA is an continuously learning, evolving and developing organisation. Since the inception we have undergone several changes in approach, functioning and capacities through periodic learning and evaluation processes. The most recent and major one was during 2021 to 2023. During this we revisited and strengthened
- Updated our internal process, policies and systems, finance operational process and fundraising for sustainability.
- Adopted systematic strategic planning along with stronger monitoring and learning framework. Developed communication strategies for leveraging it for effective work and outreach. And
- Integrated capacity building through continuous leadership development, trainings, learning opportunities to our staff team, worker leaders and other social action group members.
- We foster the culture of participatory and inclusive process of democratic decision making.
